Return & Refund Policy

By making a purchase, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery for physical products.

Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable goods (e.g., supplements or food items opened or past expiration).

Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at support@thegutstory.com with your order number and reason for return within the 30-day period.

Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return meets eligibility criteria, a refund or replacement will be processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible returns received within 30 days of delivery.

For subscription services, refunds may be issued for the current billing cycle if requested within 7 days of the charge, provided no services have been used.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Products used, damaged, or not in original condition.

Digital products or subscriptions accessed or downloaded.

Shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If Refund approved , refund will credited to their original payment method within 3 to 5 business days
If any damage product , Replacement or Exchange product delivery within 3 to 5 days

Amount: Refunds will include the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thegutstory.com with photos and details.

We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.

Replacements are subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting support@thegutstory.com. A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it is subject to the standard return process outlined above.

7 Refunds

Refunds are only available within 7 days of the most recent charge, provided no products  have been accessed during that period.

8. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds for international orders exclude original shipping fees and any customs charges incurred.
